QuickSight.Client.delete_role_membership(**kwargs)#

Removes a group from a role.

Request Syntax

response = client.delete_role_membership(
    MemberName='string',
    Role='ADMIN'|'AUTHOR'|'READER',
    AwsAccountId='string',
    Namespace='string'
)
Parameters:

  • MemberName (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The name of the group.

  • Role (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The role that you want to remove permissions from.

  • AwsAccountId (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The ID for the Amazon Web Services account that you want to create a group in. The Amazon Web Services account ID that you provide must be the same Amazon Web Services account that contains your Amazon QuickSight account.

  • Namespace (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The namespace that contains the role.
